This article was published today:
The first few lines are my favorite: "One of the world’s leading pediatric neuroscientists, Dr. Bruce D. Perry, M.D., Ph.D, recently stated publicly that Attention Deficit/Hyper-Activity
Disorder (ADHD) is not ‘a real disease,’ and warned of the dangers of giving psycho-stimulant
medications to children." Like the article states, I believe it really is just a description of a wide range of symptoms that we all exhibit at times not a "disease." Perhaps, most people who get diagnosed just have more of the symptoms or more intense. It doesn't mean that ADHD doesn't exist or that medications will not improve behaviors.
